Rt. Hon Mayowa Akinfolarin empowers Constituency,Canvasses Support for Tinubu
The people of Ileoluji-Okeigbo/Odigbo Federal Constituency were on Monday,2nd of January 2022 overwhelmed with joy as House of Representatives member Rt. Hon Mayowa Akinfolarin once again demonstrated his unrelenting effort, love and concern to always put smiles on their faces.
This kind gestures Akinfolarin has shown as usual by empowering them with various types of items such as motorcycles, industrial hairdressing dryers,grinding machines, refrigerators, gerenators and other valuable items.
His demonstration of quality and responsive legislation is unprecedented as this is the third of its type in a row of three months intervals.
While distributing these items Rt. Hon Mayowa thanked his people for standing by him through tick and thin.
The lawmaker advised them to continue their commitment and loyalty to the party while also encouraging them to vote all the party candidates in the coming elections as this will enable them to enjoy more dividends of democracy.
In the same vein he enjoined all opposition members in his Federal Constituency to see reason in teaming with the APC to vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate Senator Kashim Shettima in the coming presidential election as this will be in the best interest of Nigeria.
The beneficiaries of the empowerment program were full of joy and promised to deliver for all the APC candidates in the coming elections.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries Hon. Jagunla said “Rt. Hon Akinfolarin has done so much and has even performed beyond expectations and as such he is a leader to be trusted at all time , and therefore it is time to reciprocate by queuing behind him to make sure that all their votes goes to all the party candidates in the February 2023 general election.”
Party leaders present were full of enthusiasm as they showered praises and prayers on Akinfolarin for this uncommon gesture.
While addressing party members Odigbo Local Government Party Chairman Alhaji Fatai Olawale said it is unprecedented to see an outgoing legislator to embark on this kind of empowerment project. He beseech them to continue praying for Rt Hon. Mayowa so that God will take him to a position of greater responsibility.
Present at the event were party Chairmen Odigbo, Ileoluji-Okeigbo LGs, past and present Council Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Commissioners and women leaders among other party leaders.
